We're seeking a skilled Data Protection Lead to join their Compliance department at their headquarters in Spinningfields, Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the firm's compliance with data protection and privacy laws. While prior experience in data protection is crucial, legal qualifications or a background in law firms are not required. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working (4:1) and a competitive salary based on experience.

As the Data Protection Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining data protection policies, managing information security records, handling data requests, and assessing cyber security controls. You'll collaborate closely with the IT department and cyber team to monitor and enhance the firm's information security measures.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment. While the position is primarily based in Manchester, occasional travel to the offices in London and Liverpool may be necessary from time to time.
