How we work
We believe that teams work better when they have time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it
Zego Hybrid.


It's not "hybrid working" as you might know it - we don't ask you to work from the office on set days.

It's a flexible approach that allows every Zegon to be their best.


Home can still be your primary place of work, with team days and events at our central London office when we need to get together.

We cover the costs for all company-wide events (3 per year), and provide a separate hybrid contribution to help pay towards travel costs for our monthly pizza socials and other team get-togethers.


We think it's a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working, setting us up to achieve that right balance between work and life.


Who we're looking for
We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven and determined IT Service Desk Associate to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing in this role:
The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests.

This role will focus on providing first line support for Zego employees and contractors while ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction.

The IT Service Desk Associate is also expected to deliver high quality Knowledge Base documentation that contributes to the overall success of our internal team.


What you will be working on


The role is largely office based, which is located in a new state of the art development in Exchange House, Liverpool Street.


This involves ensuring the following:

  • Being responsible for all the technical aspects of the onsite meeting rooms, ensuring that all meetings take place without a hitch
  • Being the onsite contact to correct any network faults that may arise
  • Ensuring that all incidents and service requests are answered in a timely manner to hit SLA targets
  • Producing high quality documentation to add to our knowledge base that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Writing easy to understand user interface text, online help and user guides
  • Helping to implement new automation projects that will enable the team to move quicker with less manual work
  • Occasionally, working on audits which require the use of Google Sheet or Excel to complete
You will be supported by the core Technical Operations team at Zego. You will be speaking with them regularly. They can help you with any technical challenges and will be a sounding board when making decisions.

We also expect that you will leverage the core IT Operations infrastructure and, as such, will need to also meet regularly with your counterpart in the B2B business unit to ensure that any changes made to core infrastructure have no adverse impact on the business units or core functions.
