We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team at Zego.
As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial data and systems.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to analyse, interpret, and present financial information to drive strategic decision-making.
Multi-currency bank reconciliations (Client Accounts and Operational Accounts)Assisting and supporting the Finance team with the monthly accounts for the international entities (P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow)
Assisting with the preparation of a monthly finance reporting pack
Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve any ad-hoc finance queries that may arise
Assisting and supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc finance projects
Posting intercompany recharges and payroll entries into NetSuite
Assisting with Monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assisting with annual audit and regulatory requirements
Resolving any queries on bank receipts and payments
Preparing payment runs across multiple provider and multiple currency bank accounts
Inputting invoices into the finance system for all international entities
Assisting with the preparation of annual statutory accounts
Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Minimum 3 years experience with accounting
Strong all-round experience in bank reconciliations, posting general ledger journals, accruals and prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations in general
Experience in dealing with numerous ledgers and in multiple currencies
Experience with NetSuite is a bonus
Intermediate excel skills
