About Ravi Joshi:
Ravi is an award winning, Commercial Sales Leader with over a decade's experience within SAAS, Digital HR Tech and Talent Attraction technology. Ravi currently leads Aimwel’s revenue growth function driving its ARR Journey.
Prior, Ravi launched and grew the UK Category for Golden Bees HR Tech, the leading European SAAS Programmatic Company (£10m ARR 2022).
Experienced in managing geographically dispersed teams, he built and managed high performing Sales and Account Executive teams across UK and France. Ravi has worked directly with CEO/founders to translate technology businesses’ strategic growth objectives into GTM strategy.
An astute Project Manager with an undying enthusiasm for data-driven solutions and technological innovation.
An industry thought leader, he authored published articles in the field of AI, Machine learning and International Talent Mobility in HR Tech and Programmatic.
Ravi is currently seeking a role in Senior Sales Management or a GotoMarket leadership for a mission driven SAAS Tech business, where he can assist with new category expansion or building/scaling a high performing sales team enabling them to win enterprise logos.
He won an international award in 2019 at an international conference for the best growth delivery amongst 140 partners countries included in The Network alliance. He holds MBA from university of Sunderland, UK.
Ravi lovesgiving back to the society.During holidays, he delivers free seminars to underprivileged schoolsand institutions in rural India on career development and growth strategies.
His personal passion is property development and Serviced Apartments. In this arena, he built two Property businesses.
Outside of his exciting professional world, he absolutely loves coaching his son’s cricket team and is a vice captain of his Cricket Club in London.

I am a Senior Sales Leader with last two roles held as Head of Global sales and Head of UK for SAAS technology businesses. My key achievements across my last two roles in Senior Sales Leadership are:
- launched their UK revenue function from scratch to complement their French business and drove their UK ARR journey into 7 figure (40 employees and 6m euros to 62 employees and 10m AR) and been part of the LT that achieved full exit.
- ACV 50-200k for Direct clients and 500k for channel partners.
- 300% client growth YoY 2023
- 20% Growth in existing client wallet share
- Built and scaled up a high performing, geographically dispersed sales team based in London, Manchester and Paris and Netherlands.
- Over a decade of enterprise level SAAS sales and management experience.
