    Job Description We are looking for an Insight Executive & Analyst to support the delivery of a new customer service platform at one of the world's top consumer electronics brands.

    You will join on a 12 month contract and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of platform surveys and feedback, drawing conclusions from data to meet the strategic business goals for 2024.

    Evaluate customer experience data on a regular basis
    Work closely with various internal teams to design and develop questionnaires, complete analysis and report writing.
    Interpret data and storytelling to senior stakeholders, providing resolutions/solutions to meet customer requirements.
    Support the implementation of the platform and provide training for the dashboard.

    The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
