- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and address critical issues to prevent disruptions in electrical services.
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals and contractors as needed to coordinate larger maintenance projects.
- Participate in training programs to further enhance skills and knowledge in the field of electrical maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as necessary.
- Electrical Qualification Level 3 or higher
- Experience in servicing electrical building systems
- Strong desire to develop and progress
- Experience with mechanical building systems is advantageous

This is a brand new vacancy based out of an iconic East London building. Our client is looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to hit the ground running in the delivery planned and reactive maintenance for their client. The ideal candidate will be an Electrician/Electrical Engineer qualified to level 3 or above with experience working on electrical systems in a commercial environment.
