Are you and experienced User Researcher who is confident running design research both discovery and evaluative? Do you want to be part of a team whose prime goal is to create better experiences for people so that they can lead better lives? Are you interested in shaping the future of a value driven business?

My client is a growing User Research and Service Design Consultancy based in Bristol who works on problems worth solving for clients in the health, public and third sector and are looking for that perfect person to join the team.

Key Duties:

Planning and conducting User Research across digital products and services
Analysing and reporting on user research findings
You will play a key part in client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews
Effectively communicating research findings both in person and prerecorded
Sketching, and creating diagrams and flows
Identify problems and opportunities on projects
Working as the User Research expert within a multi disciplinary team

What we are looking for:

4+ years experience of User Research or service design
Experience in running design research both discovery and evaluative
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate responses to changes in the project and adapt your approach accordingly
Strong visual communication skills
Have the right to live and work in the UK
