Drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents, such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements.

Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters and compliance issues. Assisting with the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as advising on company law matters. Requirements Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law. Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university. Sound knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
