- You'll be tasked with finding the best candidates for middle to senior management level roles
- You will be meeting, qualifying and engaging with potential candidates
- As well as managing existing relationships you will also be approaching new clients in your sector
- Ability to become a trusted advisor in your specialist area
- Working closely with the senior management team at HBD, playing an important role in the development of the company
- We're ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant, either in the Hospitality, Travel or Leisure sectors or from a relevant consumer sector
- We want people to be themselves and bring their own personality to work – a sense of humour is important too
- We like self-motivated, driven and results-orientated people who we can celebrate success with
- As we're a young business, we are looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who have the energy and drive to flourish in this environment
- We are based in southwest London so that would need to be a commutable location for you
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays, per annum
- One day additional annual leave per annum in the week of your birthday
- 1 duvet day per annum
