OEJob Description:

Our client, a prominent law firm located in London, is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of litigation matters and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, civil litigation, and employment disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Work closely with senior solicitors on larger matters, attending meetings, conferences, and hearings.
Prepare all matters for Costs and Case Management Hearings, including Costs budgets and e-bundles.
Handle disclosure, witness statements, and trial preparation.
Manage your own caseload, which will include matters such as property litigation, contract disputes, and negligence claims.
Collaborate with a busy team, learning and receiving appropriate support and training.


Requirements:
1 to 4 Years PQE solicitor with experience in litigation, ideally with training in a reputable firm.
Excellent IT skills.
Proactive and communicative, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.


Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with relevant legal qualifications.
Membership in relevant professional bodies.
