PART TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - R C SETCHFIELD LTD
We are recruiting an additional individual to support our accounts department on a part time basis (3-4 days). The role is office based at our headquarters in Grantham.

As an Administration Assistant (Part-Time, 3-4 days) your key responsibilities will includethe following:


  • Inputting purchase ledger invoices and performing month end reconciliations;
  • Facilitating monthly purchase ledger payments ensuring accurate and on time payment;
  • Generating sales invoices and performing month end reconciliations;
  • Control of petty cash, ensuring accurate record keeping and cash management;
  • Preparing and entering journals into the system;
  • Helping with other month end tasks;
  • Processing franchise warranty claims; and
  • Other general and finance administration duties including answering phone calls, filing and printing.

You must have:

  • Experience in the above duties;
  • Strong written and verbal communication;
  • Willing to be onsite, 100% office based;
  • A basic understanding of fundamental accounting concepts;
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with staff and stakeholders; and
  • Downtoearth and happy to get involved.
