- Draft and negotiate a variety of high-value commercial contracts. This can be with both vendors and partners, including supply, distribution, and logistics contracts.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes in e-commerce trade, import/export, logistics, licensing, and supply chain management, providing guidance to ensure business compliance.
- Advise on the formulation, revision, and application of policies for e-commerce platform sellers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Foster relationships across diverse teams in a complex, international organization to facilitate project delivery within tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing legal risks.
- 3-6 PQE, qualified in E&W or equivalent
- Keen interest in working as part of a rapidly growing e-commerce business
- Strong experience in the drafting of commercial contracts
- Ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Confident in advising stakeholders on legal matters

The role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel and is an integral part of the rapidly expanding e-Commerce legal team. Responsibilities are divided between generalist commercial tasks related to the e-Commerce business and critical behind-the-scenes logistics operations essential to its operations.
