    Process Improvement Specialist urgently required on an initial 6-month contract basis, by a leading Insurance company.

    This is a hybrid role, predominantly remote with occasional travel to the client's Watford HQ, offering a daily rate of between £550 – 600 / day.

    You will be responsible for the design & redesign of end:
    end processes focusing on customer experience, supporting the business' current strategic goals.

    Excellent process mapping, modelling & redesign skillsProven process improvement skills focused on customer experience / customer journeySix Sigma Black BeltExposure working with RPA specialistsExcellent stakeholder management skillsInsurance industry exposureThis is an excellent opportunity for a proven and successful Process Improvement specialist to join a market-leading Insurance client, driving the end: end design of customer experience processes.

    It must be stressed that only applicants with proven Insurance exposure, who have operated at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level will be considered for this opportunity.
