You will be getting involved in all areas and doing whatever is needed to drive the brand forward, challenging current practices and suggesting ways to improve.     Your Role

    The immediate focus with this role is on the business partnering aspect, working closely with the fantastic leadership team at BoohooMAN to support with marketing spend, creative campaigns, month end reviews and reporting accuracy. The finance team are also heavily involved in the commercial side of the business; working alongside the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will also be involved in the trade plan and analysis, as well as working with the product teams to provide focus on margins and stock cover.

    We would like you to take ownership of cost base at BoohooMAN, setting up processes to manage and report, primarily supporting the Marketing and Studio teams to deliver value and quality.

    Working with the management accounts team to interrogate month end accounts and reviewing variances to plan. Work closely with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to translate those month end learnings in to actions to influence the trade plan, whilst also supporting with commercial analysis.

    Identify investment opportunities from both efficiency and customer proposition perspectives and support with business cases where relevant.

    Support with the quarterly reforecasting cycle, annual budget and longer term plans, both financial and strategic.

    What you can bring

    You will be an experienced, qualified accountant with experience in business partnering or management accounts role, ideally complimented with commercial exposure.

    Ideally you will have worked within Retail/FMCG preferably ecommerce with proven stakeholder management skills, productively challenging senior colleagues.

    We like self-starters who work autonomously, showing initiative and being strong with Excel and data systems.
