    Role:
    OTE £50k+ (Monthly bonus, Private Healthcare and Company Car or opt out allowance)


    Do you enjoy supporting and inspiring others to reach their goals? As a Territory Manager with Hidden Hearing you will manage part of the sales team in the area and be key to enabling the company to further increase its sales through your leadership.

    You will manage part of the larger Meridian Region with specific responsibility for the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs & Essex.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Hearing Aid Dispensers, Branch Coordinators and field based operators with particular focus on driving performance and helping more people to hear better.

    This role is full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility required.


    Skills required:


    As Territory Manager, you will spend 80% of your time working 'knee to knee' with colleagues, supporting them to become the best they can be and maximising individual and branch performance through a continuous cycle of observation, feedback and coaching.


    To be successful in this role you will have proven management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail and or health care environment) and be driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance, giving direction in a robust but non-confrontational manner.

    You will be process driven with a structured and consistent approach and be able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.

    You will also have well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.

    You must hold a full UK driving license.
