We're looking for a Hygiene & Safety Compliance Officer to join us and play a vital role in the Health & Safety team.

You'll be responsible for supporting Hotel Operations to undertake audits and ensure high standards of Health & Safety at all times, as well as supporting in the development, implementation and maintenance of first-class health & safety, fire and food safety practices and processes throughout the group in our ongoing pursuit of excellence.

What are we looking for?
A proven Safety & Health practitioner, preferably with chartered status i.e. CMCIEH and or CMIOSH.
A specialist in health, safety, food and accident and complaint investigations.
Fully conversant with safety management systems, auditing, incident investigations, risk assessments and training.
Experience in coaching and supporting and training staff and new openings support.
Experience of delivering training/presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage own workload and work under pressure.
Highly motivated and results driven individual, passionate about achieving results.
Self-motivated, however equally strong and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent organisational skills, time management, great eye for detail.
Systems literate, to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This role will require travel across the UK, so an ability and willingness to travel is required.
