Tax Managerrole will bebased in central London, ideally suited to a tax professional with experience leading a tax team reporting into the Head of Finance.

This
Tax Manager is ideally suited to a CTA professional with corporate tax experience in an in-house function.

Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified ACA or CTA with ideally 58 years experience
Substantial experience in Corporate Tax
Ideally have exposure to UK Tax, VAT & Compliance
Must be commercially minded with ability to find addedvalue in role

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for all taxrealted queries
Responsible for maintaing relations with HMRC
Within the organisation, raise tax awareness by engagement with other areas of expertise and build relationships with key staff
Preparation of group and entity tax figures and disclosures for inclusion in the statutory accounts on an FRS 101 and FRS 102 basis, in conjunction with others, on an interim and annual basis.
Preparation of tax forecasts and effective tax rates
Review and advise on the tax rates and cashflows related to capital expenditure
Take ownership of the group's corporation tax and Indirect tax compliance.
UK tax legislation & compliance and ensure that appropriate controls and data integrity checks are adopted and implemented, and that process notes are kept up to date.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and accounting for direct and indirect taxes
Provide tax training through presentations to ensure compliance with tax requirements
