Key Responsibilities
Screening CVs and arranging interviews
Managing ATS system
Acting as main point of contact for candidates in process
Creating market maps, researching and identifying top talent
Advertising vacancies online
Sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn
Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Skills and experience

• Graduate calibre
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within executive search
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and using ATS systems
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and produce a high volume of work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality
• Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
