    Your role and responsibilities

    You will:

  • work as part of the wider CYP (children and young people) services to support colleagues as and where needed.
  • be using Microsoft Office applications on a daily basis.
  • process accurate and timely payment to service users and contract providers.
  • undertake minuting of meetings when required.
  • You will need

  • good IT skills
  • experience of problem-solving and good attention to detail
  • the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, have strong interpersonal skills and have a good understanding of how to deliver a good customer service experience.
