    Job summary

    This is not a standard Product role. August is a tech enabled company with our own proprietary tech, however, our focus & expertise lie in hospitality & real estate.

    August is on the lookout for a recent graduate who is a self-driven and technical individual to join our dedicated Product Team as a Product Associate. You'll play a supporting role in the development of our products and internal platforms. We are a Growth stage startup, and we thrive on the dynamic and fast-paced environment that comes with it.

    This role offers the flexibility of working both from our London office and remotely, reflecting our hybrid work approach.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Meetings and Collaboration: Plan and lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and action plans.
    • Reporting: Support the Product Lead in presenting monthly and quarterly workload conclusions to the internal team.
    • Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the user & team experience.
    • Follow the 'August way' of working and processes.

    Collaboration with Product & Homeowner Experience Team:

    • Work closely with the Product Team to conceptualise, and launch new features on our homeowner platform.
    • Troubleshoot issues faced by users and find solutions to recurring issues.

    Tech Administration:

    • Software Management - maintain new platforms that streamline internal processes, enabling the company to scale efficiently with minimal manual work. This will include automation maintenance & design, and integrations between different softwares in our tech stack.
    • Hardware Management - manage daily tech operations of the team including hardware ordering, & team onboarding/offboarding.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Support the implementation of improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
    • Conduct market research on potential tech solutions that will support the scaling of the business.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficient in Webflow for website management.
    • Basic knowledge of API development.
    • Experience in managing internal software platforms.
    • Creating automation flows

    Experience and Expertise

    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a startup environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject (Mathematics, Computer Science, BIS)
