    Client Services DirectorReports to SVP – Patient EngagementOPEN Health brings together deep scientific knowledge, global understanding, and broad specialist expertise to support our clients in improving health outcomes and patient wellbeing.

    The Patient Engagement team at OPEN health is expert in strategic patient innovation and engagement, building thoughtful, tailored solutions on evidence-based insight and through the lens of the patient.

    We work with pharmaceutical clients, patients, caregivers, patient advocates and healthcare providers to bring patients' needs to the forefront of healthcare decision making.

    Your role is to oversee the commercial strategies of the practice while building and maintaining relationships with our pharmaceutical clients.

    You will provide a strong leadership and strategic guidance, to both our clients and the team delivering patient engagement activities, partnering with Senior Management in new business activities.

    The ideal candidate will be exceptionally initiative-taking and responsive, adept at branded and unbranded patient activities, highly capable in leading teams, and accomplished in developing and managing new business proposals.

    Expert knowledge and facilitation of pharmaceutical industry guidelines is necessary.
    Experience, Skills, and QualificationsBA or BS in marketing, communications, biology, life sciences, or experience in a related field.

    Extensive direct involvement with pharmaceutical industry, patient/ medical communications, business development in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industriesManagement and account responsibility in a healthcare communications, creative, advertising or marketing services agency.

    Experience of working in accordance with healthcare industry guidelines, patient compliance procedures, and/or standard operating procedures required.
    Proficiency in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
    Experience in line managing a team and support staff development.
    Ability to multitask and prioritise; with the ability to delegate, problem-solve, and set clear expectations.
    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that quality outputs are delivered to clients.
    Ability to work both independently and in a team structure.
