Management Accountant opportunity within a fast-paced industry leading group offering broad exposure to financial and management accounting for multiple subsidiaries and unrivalled career development.

THE OPPORTUNITY


A new Management Accountant position has arisen which will involve supporting the Group Financial Controller with the management of the finances for all UK subsidiaries, and will offer exposure to financial & management accounting, budgeting & forecastingand weekly business analysis across all business operations.


As Management Accountant your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Group Financial Controller with the production of detailed Monthly Management Accounts including balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss account and cashflow forecast
  • Assisting with Year-End Statutory Accounting and Reporting
  • Supporting Annual Budget preparation processes including scenario modelling
  • VAT Returns and various other returns preparation
  • Assisting with the integration of accounts for newly acquired businesses

THE PERSON
You will be an experienced Finance professional able to demonstrate:

  • Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • At least 3 years relevant Accounting & Finance experience within Chartered Practice or Industry
  • Ambition and career drive
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel
