Description

In preparation for the quality assurance of the Scottish Baccalaureates applications are invited for the post of External Verifier.

Applicants must be actively engaged in the delivery of either Expressive Arts, Languages, Social Science or Sciences Baccalaureate course. So please make it very clear in your application which subject area you are actively engaged in delivering.

Should an applicant require release from their employer, they should discuss this before making an application as 2 days release during the annual contract period is required. Additionally 2 days in applicants' own time will also be required to fulfil the duties of this post.

External Verification activity will take place over 4 days on Friday 3 - Monday 6 May 2024 in Dunfermline (some negotiation on the finish date may be acceptable).

Successful applicants will receive Induction training for the role prior to verification taking place on the first day.

Fees and expenses are paid for work undertaken.
