    Description
    Our client in Stanton is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the team and to document processes within the manufacturing team

    Main Duties & Responsibilities


    • Processing orders via Email, phone and Fax
    • Checking accuracy of orders, quotations and invoices
    • Taking phone calls from customers
    • Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
    • Liaise with purchasing to ensure timely deliveries
    • Maintain and update customer sales records
    • Stay up to date with product information
    • Undertake some simple credit control under the guidance of the Head of Accounts
    • Provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers and staff
    • Deputize and provide cover for absent colleagues as required, and regularly refresh on processes to ensure this can be achieved effectively
    Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required


    • Possesses a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competent
    • Good understanding of and a commitment to safe working practices
    • Previous sales administrator experience is preferred
    • Hands on experience using CRM software and Google G Suite products
    • Excellent telephone manner with good communication skills

    Hours are Mondy to Friday 0800 – 1700hrs with a 2pm Finish on Fridays.
