    Stores Assistant

    The Stores Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our customers. This position requires a proactive individual with experience in stores management and van driving. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, the ability to use Microsoft programmes and a the ability to multi-task.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming shipments of goods in the store or warehouse.
    • Prepare orders for delivery to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Load and unload goods onto the delivery van
    • Drive the delivery van to customer locations, following established routes and schedules
    • Deliver goods to customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
    • Assist with general store duties, including inventory management, stocking shelves, and assisting customers as needed.
    • Booking in and checking off incoming stock
    With experience in a similar role, a hard-working attitude and the flexibility, the role is both rewarding and a great opportunity to be part of a growing team. Technical knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
