Location will be between Borehamwood and Thame
Permanent, Full-time
Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5.30pm)
Start as soon as possible
Duties & Responsibilities
- 3rd line technical resource
- Team lead for frontline ServiceDesk
- 34 members
- Coaching and mentoring ServiceDesk
- Resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining service levels on our frontline team
- Develop and implement new support processes and procedures
- Taking incoming support calls from our customer base
- Strong technical understanding of networks with handson experience
- Good understanding of cloud security services and general IT best practices
- Project delivery
- Strong knowledge of M365 Azure AD/Cloud hosting services and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Clean Drivers Licence
Skills & Experience Required
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Azure AD
- Azure Cloud Services
- Strong M365 Security and compliance
- Microsoft 36
- Indepth Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Network topologies
- Firewalls Sophos, Sonicwall, Dray Tek etc.
- Routers/Switches
- Network VLANs
- Project Management
