What you can expect:

• The Salesforce customer engagement platformis established in the DACH region, further national companies willbe successively connected Leading the further development of thesystem landscape and significantly shaping the Salesforce targetarchitecture
• Coordination and creation ofsolution designs from a functional and technical perspective forthe CRM sales processes within the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for the further expansion ofthe Salesforce Sales ecosystem with a detailed view of optimalapplication architecture in terms of functionality, scalability,performance, security and operation in an agile project environment
• Technical expert for the Salesforce platformand contribution of own knowledge to the team
• Advise our stakeholders in a global set-up on theapplication of Salesforce functionalities and best practices totransform strategic business units into the Salesforce platform
• Collaboration in a motivated team

What you bring to the table:

• Completed studies in (business)informatics or training as an IT specialist in applicationdevelopment with relevant further training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in ITarchitecture with a strong focus on the Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Sound methodological and technical knowledgeof Salesforce and a very good overview of the relevant Salesforceproduct portfolio
• Comprehensiveimplementation knowledge in the area of Salesforce Sales
• Independent, results-oriented and reliableway of working with a strong sense of customer orientation andservice organization
• Team player withmotivation for continuous development
• Enjoyinternational work and confident communication in German andEnglish
• Interest in the values and cultureof Weleda
