CIB Marketing & Communications (M&C) helps our business to shape and share its story with our clients, employees and communities around the world via multiple channels and platforms.

Job responsibilities

Manage client data, ensuring we comply with privacy regulations and corporate policies
Accurately process opt outs, bounces and record retention
Perform regular platform program & data maintenance
Review and follow documentation and procedures
Support and partner with our Analytics' team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize workload and be effective partnering with key stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, HTML, CSS required
Datasavvy, technicallyminded individual
Excellent organizational, collaboration and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in related field
Experience in Marketo / Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Litmus, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Content Management Systems a plus
