Description

The Design Engineer would offer technical help and advice to customers in order to find the right solution to their requirements.

The design engineer would develop clear and accurate designs, specifications and proposals in order to sell the companies full portfolio of standard or bespoke products.

• Provide technical product support and installation advice to both customers and the internal commercial teams.
• Generate new sales opportunities by helping customers find the right solutions to meet their requirements.
• Create and provide clear and accurate drawings, designs, specifications, and costs to support the commercial process.
• Accurate creation and control of both commercial and technical documentation to company
• Create and maintain accurate CRM data (MS Dynamics 365)

• Mechanical engineering or sheet metal design experience is highly desirable

• Computer literate
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on maintenance tasks
• Full UK driver's license
