- Updating site trackers.
- Saving documents in Trial Master file.
- Ticking documents off on database PSC.
- Uploading contacts to database.
- Minuting weekly team meeting.
- Preparing document packs - as and when needed.
- Laminating posters.
- Laminating pocket cards.
- Proven recent relevant office experience.
- Good IT skills, including proven proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- High degree of accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail and presentation.
- Organised approach with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail.
