    Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this fast-growing, B2B online Publication within the FMCG, Consumer, Tech & Retail publication. They are seeking a passionate and energetic B2B salesperson to join their expanding digital team on their marketing and grocery publication.

    The business has already created waves in the marketplace utilising new product and campaigns to engage our retail communities.

    They are looking for talented sales, Account Director who will be focusing significantly on building contacts and developing new business relationships whilst working towards the strategy for the new publications.

    The roles and responsibilities of this Account Director – B2B Publication (Remote) role –

    • Making sure targets are met consistently.
    • You will be responsible for leading people at Account Managers/Account Executives level.
    • Researching the marketplace to become a centre of knowledge in all areas.
    • Interacting with clients via the phone, Video Call and Face to Face meetings
    • Understanding our client's explicit business needs and requirements
    • Creating bespoke and targeted proposals to meet the needs of your clients
    • Undertaking competitor analysis, identifying current trends and future opportunities
    • Creating client reports and collating meeting outcomes, working to deadlines
    • Playing a key role in the retention of clients by providing a high level of customer service and ensuring you maintain contact with key clients
    • Daily contact with clients, to request information, get approvals etc.
    • Deputise for the Commercial Director in his absence

    Experience and skills required for this Account Director – B2B Publication (Remote) position :

    • 5 years + experience in Sales/ Account Management/Business Development
    • Have at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
    • Experience in creating personal sales plans
    • Managing client campaigns and event delivery
    • Ability to negotiate contracts and to maximize profits
    • Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
