About the role:
We have a
fantastic field-based opportunity for a
Sales Specialist to join our
ESKD (End Stage Kidney Disease) sales team taking responsibility for our
North East Territory.
Main responsibilities will include:
In this role you will create a deep understanding of ESKD and WavelinQ with targeted customers by driving professional education and creating internal therapy and product champions within each account.
- Managing current accounts as well as developing new opportunities and growing your territory.
- Understanding partners requirements and be able to analyse requirements and develop strategies that drives adoption of technologies and become a trusted adviser providing solutions.
- Identify and help in the development of key opinion leaders and product champions.
- You will effectively use BDs selling tools and CRM system
About you:
Living on territory you will have a minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience in a theatre/cardiology/radiology environment and will be able to demonstrate proven success within sales and account management.
You will have:
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders
- Experience in navigating a complex selling environment
- Strong knowledge in the use of Health Economic tools
- Good understanding of NHS Supply Chain, NICE and CCG Tariffs
- Strong product demonstration experience in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision makers/influencers
- Ability to analyse complex customer data and develop and communicate clinically and technically sound sales solutions
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions based sales approach
- Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teaching and presenting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simples messages
- Able to work individually and as part of a remote team
