In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects while also providing surveying support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and surveying within the construction industry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements, site conditions, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process, providing updates and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods
• Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
