    As a KeyAccount Manager (KAM) at Consilium youll beinstrumental in propelling growth and profitability within adesignated industry segment. Reporting directly to the BusinessArea Manager (BAM) youll oversee key accounts contribute tostrategic planning drive valuebased sales initiatives and ensureseamless strategy implementation. This role calls for strategicacumen sales prowess leadership skills and unwavering customerfocus.

    • Collaborate with the BAM andstakeholders to shape the Strategic Sales Marketing Plan(SSMP).
    • Offer market intelligence andevaluation guiding market companies.
    • Identifygrowth opportunities and resource needs in yourmarket.

    Value PropositionDevelopment:

    • Aid in refining thesegments value proposition and applicationmaps.
    • Gather customer reference cases tobolster the value proposition.

    SalesExecution:

    • Meet segment sales targetsand align with strategic goals.
    • Provideoperational support for strategyexecution.
    • Ensure profitability throughstrategic pricing.

    Training andCoaching:

    • Train and coach sales teamson business processes and valuebasedtechniques.
    • Conduct field visits for handsoncoaching.

    Operational BusinessSupport:

    • Coordinate businessopportunities across markets.
    • Review andsupport key deals in the pipeline.
    • Evaluatesupport needs and guide resourceallocation.

    PerformanceManagement:

    • Participate in saleshuddles and reviews.
    • Collaborate with peers toshare bestpractices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field; MBApreferred.
    • Proven B2B sales experience with arecord of meeting targets.
    • Strong reasoningskills for market research andstrategy.
    • Excellent communication andsupervision abilities.
    • Knowledge of valuebasedselling methodologies.
    • Willingness to travel asneeded.
