An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Officer to join the Contracts Team at the University on a fixed term basis.

The Contracts Officers will be based in the Directorate of Research & Business Engagement Services providing a professional service to colleagues across the University with respect to a range of contractual, legal and administrative services, including the negotiation and preparation of specific types of agreements including the drafting and negotiating of confidentiality agreements, material and data transfer agreements, certain sub-contracts, consultancies, KT and IAA activities, sales orders and contractual amendments.

With a legal qualification you will have an understanding and experience of legal and contractual issues.

With excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills you will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to prioritise a demanding programme of work to meet set deadlines.

This is a hybrid role working in the office and remotely.
