Receptionist - £11.95ph - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis for our client based near Histon, Cambridge.

The role is an integral part of the business as you will be the first point of contact for most people calling and coming in to the business, this is a great opportunity for someone to join a friendly team who pride themselves on building lasting relationships with their clients and it potentially could all start with YOU
Your day to day responsibilities will include;

Greeting and dealing with visitors to the office.
Being the first point of contact to answer the telephone and take messages as required.
Organising meeting rooms
Ordering stationary and consumables
Opening and sorting post, arranging collections
General administrative task such as filing and archiving
