    Job Description

    These works are to be delivered using ISS' project delivery framework utilising industry best practice, to ensure works are delivered safely, with robust governance and controls in place to meet legislative and client requirements/expectations.

    A focus will be required on supporting the management and oversight of our Vacant Property Portfolio, making sure the checks & controls for effective management are in place and being followed.

    Outside of this, there will be an expectation to support BAU Operations where required with above base tasks and ad hoc requests such as site inspections, sub-contractor audits and support with incident management.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Write fabric related proposals to address risks & needs for a given location
  • Write, track and present progress on projects within their Portfolio
  • Monitor Vacant property performance and Support Operations
  • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Practical project management experience
  • Experience managing facilities over a geographically disperse area
  • Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Experience writing proposals and processes
