This is an exciting opportunity for a Reception Supervisor.

Located right next door to Cannon Street mainline and Underground station, forms part of the London office building, Cannon Green, with its dramatic glass atrium and wide range of amenities.

As the Reception Supervisor you will attend to our members needs while also welcoming all guests with a friendly manner with the ultimate customer service experience.

You will assist the Building Manager but your core focus will be running a lively indoor/ outdoor entertainment space.
What will you be doing?

You will be the face of Pavilion Club, personally welcoming Pavilion members, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within City Pavilion.

You will be friendly, solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good.

You will make members feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment.
You will need to roll up your sleeves. You'll drop tools and help out when the call goes out for 'all hands on deck' Whether it's clearing up after an event or simply helping out a member in need, you're on hand, smiling
