Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming orders.
- Place outbound calls to chase orders.
- Register new clients.
- Support with any other customer service duties as & when required.
Profile
The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following knowledge/skills:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills & telephone manner
