    About the Role:

    As an Investment Services Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the COO and Director of Operations in operational and corporate type functions of the fund. From organising key meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating team engagement, you'll contribute to the team's success.

    This exciting and challenging role will be at the heart of the day to day running of the fund, ensuring the business is managed smoothly and with professionalism, with excellent communications and a strong internal reputation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in organising business activities and meetings.
    • Support the production of reports and dashboards.
    • Contribute to operational tasks and projects.
    • Oversee the production of operational news bulletins and assist in creating presentations for key events.
    • Ensure timely dissemination of materials for important meetings and events.
    • Maintain operational induction materials and information management systems.
    • Integrate operational engagement activities into the broader Investments engagement strategy.
    • Develop mechanisms to capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to planning and capacity management efforts across change and operational delivery functions.
    • Gain hands-on experience through internal 'secondments' into different teams.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in an asset management organisation.
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous investments operational or project management training or qualifications.
