- A qualified Occupational Therapist who is HCPC registered.
- The ability to take a strength-based approach to your work with people in a community setting.
- Flexibility and a compassionate, inclusive manner.
- For you to provide clinical support for other team members including Occupational Therapists, Community Care officers and Social Workers
- For you to provide advice and support to your Team Manager regarding Occupational Therapy practice.
- Someone who can manage a varied caseload including moving and handling, complex equipment, and major adaptations.
- A good working knowledge of Disabled Facilities Grants and specialist equipment would be an advantage.
- You to work in partnership with local community health professionals, housing, district councils and other local services.
- Support to managers to meet the departments' performance and service delivery requirements, to manage systems effectively and to work positively within a culture of change.
