This market leading SME organisation are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. You will be working for a local organisation that has glowing reputation and continues to grow year-on-year.

Furthermore, this role will be fully officebased and will suit an experienced individual who is looking for their next long-term challenge.

**Finance Manager

  • About The Role**In this role you will be reporting into the Directors of the business and will be responsible for managing a team of 3. This role requires a forwardthinking Finance Manager that can support the growth of the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Production of monthly management accounts for management review.
  • Managing monthly and weekly cash flow, based on actuals and forecast cash requirements.
  • Assisting with Fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and other journals & reconciliations.
  • Preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax files.
  • Maintaining strong systems and controls to ensure adequate documentation, audit trails and policies are adhered to.
  • Managing cashflow targets and credit control measures.
  • Handling the payroll via the external payroll agency.
  • Ad hoc reporting and support when necessary.

The successful Finance Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager position
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
