We are looking to recruit a
Support Worker to join our Homelessness Services team at Founders' House.

Commissioned by Tower Hamlets Council, Founders' House provides residential supported accommodation for up to 123 adult males who are experiencing homelessness.


As a
Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.

You will work with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.

You will work as part of a team to achieve contractual and quality outcomes.
