£CDM Life Science are recruiting on behalf of a leading innovator in the field of life sciences, dedicated to advancing scientific research and improving human health. As an Analytical Chemist, you will play a crucial role in supporting research and development efforts by providing analytical expertise and conducting chemical analyses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry techniques and a passion for scientific discovery.

Perform a variety of analytical tests and assays to characterise chemical compounds and biomolecules.
Utilise chromatography, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques to analyse samples and interpret data.
Analyse and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports and summaries.
Communicate results to cross-functional teams and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
Maintain analytical instruments and ensure proper calibration and performance.
Adhere to quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in laboratory audits and inspections as needed.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Strong background in analytical chemistry techniques, including chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.
Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory instrumentation.
