The Role


We are looking for a multi-skilled independent individual to fulfil the hugely important role of Student Support Campus Service Officer.


The focus of this role is to provide an effective and customer-focused front-line support service to students, staff, visitors, contractors, and external hire clients.

Crucially delivering efficient and professional information, advice to students, guiding them to an abundance of support available to enable and empower them to reach their full potential in their education journey at Ruskin college.


This is a varied role, from front desk reception duties to ordering stock room supplies to liaising with the wider student support services team based at the University of West London.

This appointment requires a flexible approach to working hours to provide administrative support to cover the duties of the Student Services which will including working some weekday evenings and weekend cover as and when required.


The Person


We are seeking a well organised, self-disciplined individual who has experience in working on a reception desk as well as knowledge and understanding of Higher Education environments.

We want to hear from individuals who are excellent communicators and possess the integrity and commitment to support our students and Ruskin in achieving continued success.
