PERMANENT POSITION AVAILABLE IN MANSFIELD

Here at GI Group Mansfield we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work for one of the largest synthetic têxtile production facilities in Europe.

In this position you will undertake routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs and upgrades. You will primarily be working on production machinery utilising variable speed drives and PLC control systems.

Essential qualifications and experience:


  • Relevant City & Guilds or HNC/HND Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • Proven electrical experience
  • Production/manufacturing experience

Hours of work - Shifts
6am - 2pm
8am - 4pm
10am - 6pm

Salary
£31,339
Calls out will be required when a machine has broken down or an electrical problem. This will be on a rota basis.

For call outs you will receive 3 hours of salary as a call out retainer, which is built into the salary, and £50 for each call out.
