• Provide exceptional administrative support to the CDIO, managing their busy schedule with discretion and efficiency.
• Proactively anticipate and fulfil the CDIO's needs, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely project completion.
• Contribute to high-quality presentations, reports, and other materials, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organise and manage meetings, workshops, and events, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security, demonstrating a commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
• Actively contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment e.g technology startup, scaleup, digital agency or consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently while demonstrating initiative.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is beneficial.
• Discreet and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data security.
