IT support employee (m/f/d)
Permanent position, full-time, Bochum
g.a.s.t. in Bochum is looking to fill an IT support position as soon as possible. You support users in Application Support by analyzing the error pattern by telephone, ticket system or in person
You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying technical faults as part of application support

You test new software and software versions and support the IT team with software tests as part of g.a.s.t.

'You carry out user training
Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist or IT systems administrator - career changers with professional experience in IT support are also welcome
Practical experience in IT support for users (remote/on-site) and working with a ticket system
Experience in working with Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems as well as common web browsers
Good knowledge of creating SQL queries and basic knowledge of a programming language
Good knowledge of German and English
