Description
Customer Service Administrator - Temporary for 12 weeks with a view to going onto a permanent contract.
This well-established Hitchin based organisation are looking for team orientated, self-motivated individuals to join their busy customer service team.
Taking calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have and giving out relevant information when appropriate. Their duties include handling inbound from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providinghelpful solutions to their problems and when necessary Identify and escalating issues to your line manager.
Office based - Super friendly working environment - EXCELLENT training and support.
37.5 hour week - working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
General Administrator
Data entry
Logging information on the in-house database
Person Specification:
Customer service experience
Fast, accurate keyboard skills
Good eye for detail
