Working within the Operations Team the main focus on the role is to:

  • Be a point of contact for in-bound customer enquiries via multiple channels
  • Deal effectively and accurately with customer requests, providing advice, support and guidance
  • Handle information in a confidential, discreet and secure manner
  • Undertake day to day operational functions relating to the Customer Operations Team policies and procedures and within agreed Service Level Targets
  • Successfully meet required objectives and KPIs on an ongoing basis and within agreed Service Level Targets

Day to day duties will include:

  • To communicate effectively with existing or lapsed customers to encourage renewal and communicate the insight and any emerging trends gathered to help inform future business decisions and communications.
  • Identify areas of work that can be streamlined and developed.
  • Develop knowledge of all the Customer Operation Team activities so that support can be provided across a range of activities.
  • Contribute to the provision of an excellent service to internal and external customers by ensuring the prompt, efficient and accurate handling of all enquiries.
This is based in Canary Wharf / Docklands, and is a Temporary Role starting ASAP until March 2023.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as a team
